Charlies Thoughts On His Parole Knock Back
When you read the parole report, you will see the situation i am in. It’s basically saying......
(If i don’t sit down with the prison head shrinks and open up to them, then i will never
be set free)
My last 9 years good behaviour stands for nothing, thats why i’m now sitting in a dungeon
Denied everything for the last two months whats left to say ? but stuff there parole.
I’ve always said it, and i always will. I prefere to take my case back to the London appeal
court, and walk out a free man by winning my case.
It’s now obvious to a peanut i can never get parole my life sentence means what it says LIFE.
I’ve upset to many Top people for me to ever progress through this HYPERCRITICAL SYSTEM
I’m in the coffin, and i’m here to stay until i get my long awaited appeal until then..... the fight goes
on !

Just to put it right.. I’m not coughing blood ! It was nose bleeds.

Only just found out my old buddy Ronnie Easterbrook died on the 10th May at Gartree jail where
he was a hunger strike.
I first met Ronnie in Parkhurst back in 1975 so we go back 3 and a half decades.
He died the day before his 78th birthday !
In my latest book Diaries From Hell he gets a few pages. So at least he lives on by me.
A true legend and a Great Man. I’ll miss the old rascal, as will others in and out.
Ronnie was a 1st class old fashion blagger. One of the best armed robbers to come out
of London in the 1960s.
It was back in 1988 on a blag on a security van his co-robber Tony Ash got shot dead by the old bill
Ronnie caught a bullet in the shoulder and later got sentenced to life.
{The system was never to let him out}
Lets face it (If) he was in for kids, or molesting old women he would of been freed years ago.
Ronnie lived and died what he was A Real Man a man of respect and honour !

Another tragic death recently was that of Mike Tysons little daughter Exodus.
Just 4 years old. She died in a tragic accident.
How cruel can life be ?
It’s times like this. When i sit and reflect and go deep inside myself.

H.M.P LONGLARTIN (A.K.A The Zoo)
On 7th of May Harriett Mather (my lawyer) visited me here in The Zoo.
For the last 15 days the prison was making it difficult for her to see me !
On the day she arrived at 1 pm.
They let her in at 3 pm.
Our visit was behind a plastic screen she was disgusted.
She agrees with my decision to stop all domestic visits.
(Why should family and friends be humiliated)?
She also agrees this was a move to press my button !
Now prison h/q are gutted that i havn’t blown up again i have exposed them
For what they are. A bunch of pathetic hypocrites

Charlie Has Now Been Moved To A Shit Hole
This is just to update Charlies supporters, he has now been moved from his cage to a new prison
called HMP Longlartin were they have took away all of his belongings he can no longer do is art
has they took his pencils and left him with one pen and one pad which has pissed Charlie off big
time. He now has cardboard furniture and they took away his t.v and all his own clothes so he now
has to were prison clothes so he says he will not be having any visits till they move him because he
don’t want people to see him in prison clothes has he don’t like them one bit.
The cell he is in is a high secure cell and he is feed like a animal through a hatch, he gets 1 hour a day
Exercise in the yard. So to everyone who are in touch with Charlie he says for as long as he is were he
is their will be no phone calls or visits, he told me to tell everyone that he is cutting his self off for
a bit and will use the time to reflect and do his press ups so if you don’t hear back from him this is
why. cheers

I respect it very much.
I hear it was a great occasion and a good piss up in the embassy club.
I had my parole hearing on the next day. My brother was Denied to come in
And speak up. (That sums it all up)
It was also held in closed conditions with me behind.
I actually said... If i was a black man or an Islamic extremest you would never get
Away with this treatment if i was a dog.... even the R.S.P.C.A would kick up a stink.
My barrister David Martin Sperry and my lawyer Harriett Mather both done me proud.
The parole board have 14 days to give me there decision.
I await the verdict !!

When i saw this today it brought back a crazy memory.
I was next cell to Young on f/2 landing in Pankhurst
Back in 1988. He was more to be pitted than feared
His whole life was isolation. He was in a world of his own.
One day i stopped at his cell door and looked through the flap.
He was sitting in the corner painting something i shouted through...
What are you creating, a murder scene ? He looked at me and said
a landscape.
I actually felt sorry for this guy... As he was a very disturbed and sick man
He first went to Broadmoor at the age of 15 years old to me that was insane
To send a young boy to that hell hole !
Graham young was a very unique sort of fella but fuck having him on the tea boat ! ! !
I wonder what this art would fetch ? At least he still lives on through his art
I think that's brilliant
It was also in Pankhurst jail in the 1970s Graham Young got both his arms broken over attempting

I would say to any prisoner whose about to start a book: “Wait Till Your Free” Because it’s just more trouble than it’s worth it’s actually one big fucking headache. And it don’t do your chances for parole any good either. The prison head quarters don’t take to being exposed as idiots when it’s obvious to Us all thats just what they are A bunch of complete muppetts.

As you can see I’ve been waiting for the answer from the Criminal Case Review Committee.
“I’M STILL WAITING A YEAR LATER.”
This legal shit can be a very long wait for a guy like me….
“They don’t rush!”
Until I get there answer I live on with the Dreamsand Hopes of taking my case back to the appeal courts and walk out a free man.
(I would ask any Barristers who are into appeals to have a look at my case and give me your views and opinions on it)
As up to now ALL seem to say the same.
“Bronson’s whole trial was unjust”
I got a life sentence for one of the most unfair trials this Country has ever seen. (so one sided it was a joke)

As “Britain’s most dangerous prisoner,” actor Tom Hardy bludgeons his way toward stardom.
Bronson is a stridently static film with an amazingly fluid performance at its center. Directed by Danish filmmaker Nicolas Winding Refn (best known for the Pusher trilogy), this true-life story chronicles Michael Peterson (aka “Charles Bronson”), an inmate in the British penal system whom the Times of London has referred to as “Britain’s most dangerous prisoner” for his repeated attacks on guards, other inmates and anyone else unlucky enough to get near him during his 35 years behind bars. There won’t be an audience for this film, or at least there won’t be the right one—it’s far too bloody for the arthouse set and way too brainy for Transporter fans. But this is a breakout film for one of Britain’s most gifted and under-utilized actors, and if it’s to be remembered for anything, it will be as the Romper Stomper to a next generation’s Russell Crowe.
Refn sees Bronson’s commitment to violence as either impenetrable, aesthetic or congenital, depending on your point of view. Despite mounting each scene with the visual precision of Kubrick’s A Clockwork Orange (a clear influence on Refn’s thinking about this material), neither the director nor screenwriter Brock Norman Brock make any attempt to explain the roots of Bronson’s pathology, except where they suggest it may be a sort of perverse creative outlet. Violence is instead mostly a given with Bronson, like his shaved head and incongruously cheery walrus mustache. Surrealist directorial touches, such as images of Bronson in whiteface presenting his saga to a faceless audience like some psychotic vaudevillian, are used to distance rather than to draw close to what another filmmaker might have seen as Bronson’s seething inner world.
What saves this movie from becoming an off-putting if ravishing exercise in amorality and Brechtian alienation is the insanely committed and vibrant acting of Tom Hardy, the rising British talent still unfortunately remembered in America mostly for playing Praetor Shinzon, Captain Picard’s evil clone in the franchise-killer Star Trek: Nemesis. Hardy’s Bronson is as dexterous a dastard as the screen has seen in years—a mesmerizing and even whimsical creation attuned to such an alternate wavelength he seems almost impatient with the monochromatic dullards life keeps presenting him with as objects for his chipper wrath. If Refn seems uninterested in explaining his protagonist, Hardy more than compensates by portraying Bronson as the vivid end result of a fully worked out, if largely impenetrable, interior life.
Despite the dry precision of the filmcraft that surrounds him, there’s something so volatile and alive in Hardy’s glinting eyes that he lays waste to whatever equation of aesthetic trigonometry Refn thought he was working out. Bronsonis a film where the actor, just like the man he’s playing, uses ferocious and unexpected means to force his disturbing humanity up against the cage someone else has built to confine him. On that level alone, this film is a must see.

The Mike Tyson belt was presented to me by Andy booker a firm friend of Mikes from Doncaster. When Mike did his UK tour we tried to organise a phone call between Mike and Charlie, we couldn’t organise the call as Mike was all over the UK.
I was present at Mike’s event in Doncaster and it was a pleasure to meet him. Andy Booker was visiting Mike in September and he called me from America to ask if Charlie would accept one of Mike’s belts as a gift, and to show the support form Mike and Andy, I said yes straight away on Charlie’s behalf. When Andy got back to the UK he sent the belt to be framed and the belt was handed over to me last week.
The charity evening at The Keep Moat Stadium in Doncaster last week was to raise money for a child from Doncaster who has downs syndrome and leukaemia the money would help send him and his family to Florida for a dream holiday. Present at the evening was Michael Watson, Graham McDermott and Neil Ruddock, I arrived at the event at 7pm and met with the three guys for a photograph. We had our meal and time had come to be presented with the belt, As I was introduced it was time to receive the belt and say a few words about my pal Charlie. You could hear a pin drop 300 people there, I started with some information about Charlie, he has NEVER KILLED, a lot of people think he have the media betray this. I spoke about the film Bronson coming out next year, also about the new book Loonyology 2 the diaries from hell, released next year. I was talking for about 7-10 minutes and I finished with saying thanks to Andy & Mike for the belt, I thought I did Charlie proud.
I then organised a group photo of Myself with Dave Courtney, Mark Fish Andy booker and some of Charlie’s other firm friends. The evening went down well, the three speakers were fantastic they all told brilliant stories, Neil Ruddock wants to keep in touch with Charlie I know Charlie has sent him a card. I spoke with Charlie on Monday and when he leaves this planet (a long time yet) the belt will be left to my son Thomas, Charlie is Thomas’s God Father.
I will finish off by saying merry Christmas to all of Charlie’s supporters, let’s keep fighting Charlie’s corner the time will come, when we can all sit around the table have a brew and then go out for a nice meal and a beer, keep your head up high Charlie as you say keep:

Here we go again calling me a beast and a monster.
What is wrong with these journalists?
How can they justify this label on me?
What have I ever done to be called a 'beast'?
If anybody knows, let me know.
Why can't they research, look into my history then write the facts.
All this monster crap just helps to bury me.
Anybody who knows me should bombard this newspaper and demand answers into why I'm being viciously labelled a monster.
Even Huntley and Brady and Rose West don't get it as bad as I do.
Something needs to be done about this. It can't continue.
My mother does not need this shit.
It's even more frustrating for me as I've actually fought hard to change my violent past.
It's almost nine years now that I have been anti-violent.
So do I deserve all this?
Have I not proved I've changed? Don't I deserve a chance?
It's all looking positive for me in 2009.
Maybe that's why the media are doing it.
After all the negative and evil press I've had over the last three decades, maybe it's your own guilty consciences that is wanting me to fall back into the black hole of hopelessness.
You're on a loser! It WILL NOT happen!
I'm coming home. Sooner than most believe.

Steve Swatton posted me in 5 photos. Told I cant have them as he looks like me! Apart from the tash he looks nothing like me. My mother and brother are in the photo with him. There is no such rule about not having photos because someone looks like you. He doesnt even look like me thats the madness.
Bag of letters, documents, art, photos etc posted to solicitor by prison (as they would not allow me to pass it out on visit) Its for my brother he keeps all my post for me.
Items were taken out by security saying not permitted in posession. I was not wanting them. I was handing them out. So thats bollocks. Why have they put the stuff in my stored property when I was not wanting it?
Phone numbers.
With being a Cat A all my phone numbers are rigourously checked before they are put on my list of approved numbers. On arrival here they took them all off and started calling my approved numbers to re-pass them. A pointless, senseless thing to do.
Its now 28/11/2009 and still there not all put back on. My brother and julie Dagli are still off (its a complete farce) and its causing alot of stress. My family and friends dont want all this unnecessary anxiety of prison security keep calling them neither do I need it. They were already passed so whats the problem??
